“I’ve reclaimed the tail I cut off…” Inoue Shuu spots a girl with a sad expression on the train platform. The girl, who he thought was a stranger, turns out to be someone he’d been trying to convince himself was a stranger. By the time he realizes she’s irreplaceable, she’s already running away. Shuu pours all his strength into chasing her, grabbing her hand just before she jumps onto the tracks. And then, he kisses her. It’s the moment he reclaims Kidozaki Ibara, the “tail” he’d severed, and decides to share her fate.
